If you are new to riding, haven’t been on a bike for a while, or lack confidence, this session is for you. This very relaxed practical session is run entirely off the road and provides plenty of opportunity to learn and practice the basics. This fun interactive workshop takes the mystery out of the bicycle. We’ll show you how to do a basic inspection to make sure your bike is in safe working order. Ciclovia” (pronounced “seek – low – VEE – uh”) is a simple concept - close a road to cars and open it to people. 

Almost 2500 people participated in the first Miramar Peninsula Ciclovia in February 2014. Ciclovias reflect an increased interest in active transport, ways of getting around that aren’t contributing to climate change. 

Bike Rentals available, pack a picnic, bring a water, let the kids do a treasure hunt! No strangers, just friends you haven't met before :-)
